Now, we’re looking for a Senior Trader who thrives on autonomy, loves deal-making, and wants to be part of something bold.
The Role
You’ll lead daily communications with B2B customers in the wholesale, catering, and foodservice sectors. From price to product to logistics — you’ll be managing the full sales flow.
You’ll be expected to hit the ground running. This is a role for someone who already knows the trade, has the energy to keep up, and the personality to leave a mark.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak daily with existing and new buyers across UK & EU markets
- Share sharp, timely offers via WhatsApp, CRM, phone, and email
- Build and protect strong customer relationships
- Track feedback, preferences, and buying habits
- Coordinate with trading, sourcing and fulfilment teams
- Help shape future offers and customer strategy
About You
This role is about commercial instinct, timing, and people. The pace can be sharp, and no two days are the same but if you’ve got the confidence, clarity, and curiosity to keep learning, you’ll thrive in this space
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3–5+ years in in B2B sales, account management, customer service or customer support (ideally in food, FMCG or supply chain)
- You’re confident on the phone, speak with purpose, and build rapport quickly
- Experience working with buyers in wholesale, foodservice, or catering
- Natural follow-up discipline and customer instinct
- Open-minded, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Fluent in English (any other EU language is a bonus)
Working Hours
Fresh produce moves early and so do our buyers. You'll need to be comfortable responding and engaging in the early part of the day, particularly mornings. Once you're in rhythm with your customers, you'll have full flexibility to run your own desk. We're not concerned about hours - we're focused on service, margin, and momentum.
